new software for writing blogs!! (i got carried away....)

today in the mail i got a package! it was a copy of microsoft office and microsoft publisher. pretty boring but i wanted to get them to help with website + blog stuff :P also look at how cool this disc is :o

i decided to get the xp versions instead of newer office versions bc i think something like office 2016 would look a little jarring on my computer XD

u have to activate this version over telephone....... it is soooooo ancient LOL. after i installed the software and explored everything it included i found something called the "microsoft clip art organizer" and clip art is soooo awesome so i had to check it out :P

when i was looking through all the silly clip art i found some sounds????? i was under the impression this was only clip art.... :O

there was stuff like moo.mp3 and oink.mp3..... which were actual moos and oinks!!!! this gave me an idea to make a powerpoint and suddenly i got carried away stringing together something super silly on microsoft powerpoint with lots of clip art images and sounds at my disposal.

while i was making my powerpoint i met clippy the little paper clip guy :D from wat i heard a lot of ppl in the 90s found him annoying and turned him off but personally i find him pretty useful when i have questions also he is a cute little paperclip

if u right click and click animate he will do a little action its cute!

also if u right click him and click choose assistant u can cycle through desktop assistants theres a dog and a cat too :o ill probably try out some of these different assistants later

microsoft word also has way more stuff to it then the basic notepad like i can paste images directly into the doc and i can do lots of other fomatting stuff. notepad is still useful for taking quick notes n stuff though :P
